Business Customers can pay True bill at True Shop in 7-Eleven

TrueBusiness ready to serve business customers to pay True group bills at 7-11 with cash, credit card (all branches) and cheque (only 125 branches in Bangkok) everyday from 10:00 to 17:00.


Payment step:

  1. Prepare important documents such as invoices and withholding tax certificate.
  2. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or cheque, you will get receipt/tax invoice immediately.


Remark : For business customers who appoint True group as an withholding tax agent is more convenient to pay via the bank, all counter services and more channels.

How to update corporate mobile numbers to support mobile banking security policies

What should I do if my Mobile Banking service is suspended?

  • If you have already submitted the mobile number confirmation letter to True, please contact your assigned Account Service or True/dtac Business Call Center. True will coordinate with the relevant authorities to resolve the issue.
  • If you have not submitted the confirmation letter or have processed directly with the bank, please contact your bank for further instructions.

 

After April 30, 2025, can I update the user information for Mobile Banking with True?
Please contact your bank directly, as the submission period for data update via True has ended.

 

How can I activate Mobile Banking after April 30, 2025?
Please contact your bank to proceed with Mobile Banking activation.

 

Will the mobile number verification for Mobile Banking affect other corporate services?
No. This verification is solely for Mobile Banking and does not impact other voice or data communication services used by the organization.
