The ITU Telecom World 2016 was organized at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center under the theme “Together, Smarter” in order to create smart city in Thailand with the Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Thai people will be able to experience smarter and more convenient lifestyles on the True Online broadband network as well as the 4G, 3G, and WiFi network from TrueMove H, thereby giving them access to the internet anytime, anywhere. True Group showcased smart lifestyles in Smart City, Smart Business, Smart Transport, Smart Home, and Smart Health. Moreover, we have also introduced advanced technology “Smart Platform for Sustainability”, which will reduce the inequality between urban and rural areas by increasing access and participation from everyone. All these efforts will move Thailand towards becoming the digital hub. Other efforts include award winning innovative applications, created from our True Innovation program that aims to help society and underprivileged Thais such as Kare Application, MEM, We Grow Application, Thai Little Monks program. We also have a True Incube program that support Thai tech startups and Connext ED project that aims to make a difference to Thai education.
